Another reason is that the water content in the air is relatively high in summer, and the water in the compressed air is also the reason for the high failure rate of the screw air compressor.

To solve the high temperature problem of screw air compressors:


Assuming your screw air compressor is air-cooled and the cooler is blocked externally, mainly due to dirt. If compressed air cannot blow it clean, you can remove the screw air compressor cooler and rinse it with a high-pressure water gun, or go to a car wash shop to wash it with medicinal water.


If it is water-cooled, special cleaning agents and water pumps must be used for cyclic cleaning.


Special oil circuit cleaning agent for screw air compressor cleaning, usage method:


1: Disassemble the oil circuit components of the screw air compressor, immerse them in a 3% -5% aqueous solution, wait for ten minutes or a few days depending on the situation, brush or swing the components, wash and blow dry, and then you are done.


2: Dilute with a small amount of water and inject it into the screw air compressor oil cylinder. Depending on the pollution situation, start the machine and run for one hour or three days. Thoroughly change the oil, then inject half of the usual amount of oil, run for 30 minutes, and then completely change the oil.
